All shipping options will appear, including Free Shipping if you qualify, in the checkout process. Estimated shipping times are shown in the checkout before you complete your purchase.

The shipping estimates are estimates only and the orders may have delays that are out of our control. The couriers and shipping companies have thier own timeframes. We would appreciate your patience and just wait a week or two before contacting us to ask where you order is. Especially at the busy times of the year.

To track your order please use the tracking code that was sent to you with the invoice/order notification. If your package was sent via Sendle you can also go to www.sendle.com.au and track from this website.

We ship via Sendle who cannot ship to PO Boxes or other addresses that their system does not recognise. Also, they do not offer an express service as this stage. No item can be stopped or turned around once it has been collected from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel your order or return the goods you will have to wait until your goods are delivered to you.
